Abstract

The reason for the research is to find out whether there is an influence of Leverage, Company Size, Capital Structure and ROA in Health Sector Companies. This Study aims to examine influence of Leverage, Company Size, Capital Structure and ROA on Company Value in Health Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022.

The Sample in this research used a purposive sampling method and obtained 24 sample companies registered in the 2019-2022 period. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS 26 software. This research used secondary data in the form of financial reports obtaine from www.idx.co.id.

The result of the T Test research carried out resulted that the variables Leverage, Company Size, Capital Structure and ROA have no effect on Company Value.

The Variables Leverage, Company Size, Capital Structure and ROA have not been proven to have an influence. For this reason, it is hoped that future researchers will be able to find a more accurate and precise influence for each independent variable in this research..
